South Park Center

South Park Center is a single story, 11,500 square foot, medical/office facility. The building offers attractive architectural features, brick façade and is designed for flexibility for multi-tenant occupancy. The project was completed in September 2006, with the building’s lead tenant, DaVita Dialysis, taking occupancy upon building completion.

The site was previously owned by the City of Savage, and Anderson Builder’s purchased and developed the project through a cooperative agreement with the City. Unique site topography and wetland conditions required careful site planning and design to maximize site use while complying with zoning and environmental standards.
