This 12,000 square foot corporate office facility was constructed with a full kitchen, an exercise facility and heated parking. The building includes a small second level component. The building's simple prairie style architecture and natural landscaping fits well with the surrounding area.

This project began in the fall of 2000 and was completed in just four months. The project was constructed under a negotiated, guaranteed maximum price contract.
