Primrose School of Savage

Primrose School is a nation wide franchise of pre-schools and Kindergartens extending from Colorado to Georgia and is starting to make a home in Minnesota. It is a 10,800 SF single story wood framed structure with a combination of brick and stucco. One of the challenges of this building, along with coordinating the hundreds of different franchise mandated design elements, was the coordination between the Architect who is housed in Atlanta, Structural Engineer who is housed in Montana and the many sole specified vendors across the country. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget despite some weather conditions and some minor soils set backs. The success of this project can mainly be attributed to our ability to work as a team with the Owner, Architect and subs to identify our short and long term goals of the project and work together to achieve them.
