Oak Hill Office Building
St. Louis Park, MN

Oak Hill Office Building is a single story, 16,500 square foot, medical/office facility. The building offers attractive architectural features, a brick façade and is designed for flexibility for multi-tenant occupancy.

This building was constructed on a parcel of land that had been vacant since the early 1970's due to its contaminated soils as part of the Reilly Tar & Chemical Corporation environmental Super Fund site. The development's design was reviewed and approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). The project was constructed under the strict guidelines of these agencies and monitored by the St Louis Park office of the environmental firm, ENSR International. The facility was 100% leased prior to the start of construction and allowed Davita, a national kidney dialysis company the ability to establish a highly visible, easily accessible location near Methodist Hospital in St Louis Park. We believe that this development was a win-win-win for Davita, the City of St Louis Park, and our company.
