U of M - Morris

The University of Minnesota Project was an unique project that combined renovation of a 1923 historic and 1950 buildings which included new construction to connect the buildings. The project created new classrooms, research laboratory areas, offices, lecture auditorium, and student lounges. The new facility now provides one-third of the classroom space on campus. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
