Anderson Builders is currently serving as the design/build contractor for this 30,000 SF new church facility in Rosemount, Minnesota.
The project base building consists of structural steel and pre-cast wall panels found customarily in industrial applications. The building will be the new home of the relatively new, yet rapidly growing church. The interior build-out includes programmed space for worship and the various ministries of the congregation.
Interior features include a 600 seat sanctuary, 5,000 S.F. multi-purpose room, classrooms, kitchen, childcare, and office space. The project's master plan was designed with the future in mind, including 60,000 S.F. of expansion space for church growth or disposition to a typical industrial use.
