Heritage Christian Academy

This 86,868 Square foot Phase One building contains a two-story K-12 grade school and is equipped with a kitchen, gym, locker rooms, chemistry lab, band and choir rooms, and playing fields.

The project began in October 2001, initial occupancy occurred in December of 2002, and was completed in the spring of 2003. This project was provided to our client through a negotiated, guaranteed price contract.
