Vadnais Professional Services Building

This 10,600 square foot building includes a 7,300 finished square foot Health East Medical Clinic managed by property developer Haugland Company. The building utilizes a prefabricated wood structure with a brick, stucco veneer and shingle roofing.

The project began on Sept. 2002 and was completed Feb. 20, 2002 with landscaping completed spring of 2002. This project utilized the design/build delivery method.
