Anderson Builders provides overall project leadership and services by joining the project team in the early stages of planning and design and taking responsibility for reviewing the desired program/facility functional requirements, evaluating design and system options, cost estimating, and executing subcontractor procurement and bidding.

Anderson Builders is frequently engaged by our clients prior to the selection of an architect to assist in the designer selection process. We work with a range of highly qualified design firms with extensive knowledge and experience in specific facility types. If you have pre-selected an architect for the project, Anderson Builders works collaboratively with the architect’s design process.

As your construction manager/general contractor, Anderson Builders will provide a guaranteed price for the project and execute and manage all of the trade subcontracts. During construction, we manage the overall contractual, administrative and field activities of the project including safety and quality control, progress reporting and communication and schedule and cost management.
