Children's Orthopedic Clinic

This 3,000 square foot renovation project consisted of demolition and remodel work for a new orthopedic clinic for Children’s Hospitals and Clinics on their St. Paul campus. Features of the project include multiple examination rooms, a casting room, offices, and an imaging room for x-ray use. This project began in May 2003 and was completed in 9 weeks. The project was provided to our client through a competitively bid, lump sum contract.
