Robert has over 35 years of building design and construction experience. He has focused his career since 1982 exclusively on advancing non-traditional design management and construction delivery practices. These efforts have been concentrated on maximizing the value an owner receives for all facility expenditures, while achieving all owner facility and business objectives in a collaborative environment. He has extensive management experience in design-build and at-risk construction management projects. The construction value of the projects he has had direct responsibility for in the last 15 years exceeds $1 billion dollars. He also has extensive experience in assisting owners in process definition and evaluation of optimum design and construction delivery methods, deliverymethod selection, and design team and construction manager evaluation and selection.
